Summary:PURPOSE: A device for cleaning ascension pipe of coke oven is provided in which breakdown is not generated by a simple structure that the device is operated by receiving rotary power of high pressure air, and which effectively performs an ascension pipe cleaning operation of removing adhesion materials such as carbon stuck to the ascension pipe. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a liftable and lowerable body(30) moved up and down; a rotary body rotationally mounted on the liftable and lowerable body; a rotation means for rotating the rotary body by air pressure; and a brush(72) connected to the rotary body to remove adhesion materials adhered to the ascension pipe, wherein the rotation means comprises an air supply line(50) for supplying high pressure air to the rotary body, and a nozzle(60) mounted on the rotary body to rotate the rotary body by injecting high pressure air into the rotary body, wherein the rotation means further comprises a valve(52) for controlling flux of high pressure air supplied through the air supply line, and wherein the brush is formed in a bar shape having a length along a diameter direction of the rotary body so that the brush is installed at an end part of one side of a brush support(70) a central part of which is rotationally mounted on the rotary body, the brush support is elastically supported by spring so that the brush support is returned to a preset position, and the nozzle injects high pressure air onto an air collision plate(74) formed on an end part of the other side of the brush support.
