Summary:PURPOSE: A semiconductor device having a data output circuit for adjusting a slew rate between a normal mode and a slow slew rate mode is provided to optimize the power consumption by switching the slew rate between the normal mode and the slow slew rate mode. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor device includes a level conversion circuit, a driving circuit, a plurality of output transistors, and a reset transistor. The level conversion circuit(72) converts an amplitude of an internal output signal by level-converting an internal output signal having a first amplitude. The driving circuit(80) is used for generating an output control signal according to an output signal of the level conversion circuit. The output transistors(PT10,NT10) are used for driving output nodes to an external supply voltage level according to an output control signal. The reset transistor is used for driving an output node of the level conversion circuit according to a voltage level of an external power supply node.
