Summary:PURPOSE: A method for supplying a still image telephone service by using a multi-RAB(Radio Access Bearer) is provided to transmit a voice in an existing circuit service way, and to transmit a still image in a packet data service way, thereby transmitting a figure of other party as a still image during a call while maintaining an existing sound quality level. CONSTITUTION: A system sets a circuit-based bearer voice call(S10). An originating terminal sets a bearer packet call to a core network(S20). The originating terminal transmits a still image to a packet channel by using the packet channel(S30). When setting the bearer packet call, the originating terminal automatically sets the packet call. A bearer voice call and the packet call are made by using a multi-RAB way. The originating terminal periodically transmits the still image by using the packet channel.
