Summary: | PURPOSE: A preparation method of catalyst for partial oxidation of propylene and isobutylene is provided to stably prepare catalyst capable of obtaining acrolein and methacrolein at high yield by showing high activity in conversion of propylene and iso-butylene. CONSTITUTION: In a preparation method of catalyst for partial oxidation of propylene and isobutylene represented in the following formula 1: MoaBibFecXdYeOf, where X is cobalt, tungsten, vanadium, antimony or nickel, Y is potassium, rubidium or cerium, a, b, c, d and e represent atomic mole ratios of respective metals, and b is 0.5 to 2, c is 0.5 to 2, d is 3 to 8, e is 0.005 to 0.2, and f is a value determined according to the oxidation state of the respective metals with the proviso that a is 12, the preparation method comprises a step (a) of preparing a catalyst suspension by dissolving into an aqueous solution or organic acid solution metal salts comprising (i) molybdenum salt; (ii) bismuth salt; (iii) iron salt; (iv) salt of one or more of metals selected from the group consisting of cobalt, tungsten, vanadium, antimony and nickel; and (v) salt of one or more of metals selected from the group consisting of potassium, rubidium and cerium; a step (b) of drying the catalyst suspension of the step (a) in a microwave oven; a step (c) of milling the dried catalyst of the step (b); and a step (d) of compacting and firing the milled catalyst of the step (c). |
