Summary:PURPOSE: A device for fixing a monitor of an information recording/playing device is provided to offer use convenience by enabling the monitor to be rotated to 180 angular degrees and freely adjusting a rotational angle of the monitor. CONSTITUTION: The monitor(105) includes a main body(101) equipped with parts to play or record the inputted information, a guide(103) formed to an upper side of the main body, and a display part(104) displaying the information received from the main body to a user. A hinge combining part(110) forms hinge combination in order to go and return to front/rear directions by combining to the monitor and enable the monitor to rotate along a rotational locus.
