Summary:PURPOSE: A medical treatment device for the disease of hands and wrists is provided to allow the heat treatment and the massage operation for the hands or/and wrists of a user, permit the massage pressure on a part of the hands or/and wrists of the user, and easily operate it as a home medical treatment device. CONSTITUTION: The medical treatment device comprises: a membrane suited to placing on the hands(22) or/and wrists of a user; a housing(42) for partially making a limited surface by the membrane; division parts of a main surface of the membrane for pressing depending on a shape of the hands or/and wrists of the user, when the membrane is moved to a certain state to perform the treatment operation to the hands or/and wrists of the user; a plurality of rollers equipped in the housing(42) which is next to the membrane.
