PURPOSE: A health beverage containing grapefruits, olive oil, L-ornithine, polysorbate and stevioside is provided. The beverage improves the function of liver, gall, spleen or the like while having diuretic action. CONSTITUTION: The health beverage contains 45 to 55% by weight of grapefruit juice, 45 to 55% by weight of olive oil, 0.3 to 0.8% by weight of polysorbate as an emulsifier for emulsifying the grapefruit juice, 1.5 to 3.0% by weight of L-ornithine and 0.3 to 0.8% by weight of stevioside as a sweetener.
