PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel having a floating control wall is provided to restrain the adhesion intensity insufficiency of a sealing agent and a substrate and the degradation of the shape quality of a sealing part. CONSTITUTION: A pair of substrates are overlapped. Liquid crystals inserted between a pair of the substrates form a display region. A pair of the substrates have a sealing part and a floating control wall(3). The sealing part is formed as a sealing agent(7). The floating control wall(3) is disposed at an internal side of the sealing part. The floating control wall is disposed at the internal side of the sealing part and in the display region.
