Summary: | PURPOSE: A flux gate type fine magnetic field detection sensor for improving sensitivity and resolution of a sensor is provided to maximize an output signal by changing a shape of a magnetic core. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic core(11) is laminated on the first substrate(10). The magnetic core is formed with a rectangular shape. An X-axis pickup coil and a Y-axis pickup coil cross at right angles. The X-axis pickup coil and the Y-axis pickup coil are wound around two opposite sides of a rectangular magnetic core. A Y-axis detection element generates a minimum output signal when an X-axis detection element obtains a maximum output signal. The Y-axis detection element generates the maximum output signal when the X-axis detection element obtains the minimum output signal. |
