Summary:PURPOSE: A light guide panel, a planar optical source device and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) are provided to improve the light radiating efficiency of the light guide panel and reduce the luminance non-uniformity near an optical source. CONSTITUTION: A light receiving unit(18) receives light from a point optical source. A lighting unit has a light radiating surface for radiating the received light, and a reflective part formed at an opposite side of the light radiating surface. The light receiving unit includes an incident part(20) located at an opposite side of the lighting unit. The light receiving unit has a width increased from the incident part and the lighting unit. The incident part includes a plurality of incident surfaces(20a) horizontal to the width direction of the light receiving unit, and a plurality of diffusing parts which diffuse the light from the point optical source. The incident surfaces and the diffusing parts are alternately arranged according to the width direction of the light receiving unit. The light receiving unit includes a reflective part which reflects the light diffused by the diffusing parts and provides the reflected light to the lighting unit.
