PURPOSE: A method for generating a policy for a discriminated service is provided to generate the policy by defining each component of a data path as a rule and combining the rules when the policy for the discriminated service on a policy management QoS(Quality of Service) framework. CONSTITUTION: Defining each component of the discriminated service for generating a QoS policy as the rule, each component rule is stored(S401). If the generation of the QoS policy is requested from an operator, a main policy generation screen including a component rule selection environment is displayed(S403). If the operator requests the generation of the component rule, a component rule generation screen including a window for inputting a parameter needed for generating the component rule is displayed on the main screen(S405). If the operator inputs the parameter and requests registration, the generated component rules are stored in a generation order and displayed on the main screen(S407). Until the QoS policy is completely generated, the previous steps are repeatedly performed and the generated QoS policy is transferred to a policy management tool(S408).
