Summary: | PURPOSE: A customer supporting system for improving technologies of employees is provided to lower expense for supporting technical training and enhance a training effect by including a remote technology training supporting system for an instructor. CONSTITUTION: A training program introduction computing system(36) enables a service provider(14) to introduce training contents to customers(19) through a computing network(17). An instructor training equipment(37) educates instructors depending on the training contents. A remote technical training supporting device(38) for the instructor enables the service provider to support the technical training of the customer through the computing network. |
