Summary: | PURPOSE: A method for preparing a monolayered electrophotographic photoreceptor is provided, to reduce residual voltage (V_R)and voltage drop (Vd) and to improve storage stability by containing no solvent. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of dissolving a solid dispersion comprising a phthalocyanine-based pigment and a polycarbonate-based resin or a polyester-based resin as a binding resin together with an electron transport material in a solvent to obtain a photosensitive layer coating solution; and coating the photosensitive layer coating solution on a conductive supporter to form a photosensitive layer. Preferably the photosensitive layer has a thickness of 5-50 micrometers; the phthalocyanine-based pigment is titanyl phthalocyanine or metal-free phthalocyanine; and the ratio of the phthalocyanine-based pigment and the resin in the solid dispersion is 1:2 to 2:1 by weight. |
