Summary:PURPOSE: A communication system of a pad-detachable refrigerator and an operation method thereof are provided to keep the transmission ratio of a signal an optimal level and to perform stable wireless communications by overcoming frequency interfere caused by peripheral machines using an electric wave. CONSTITUTION: A communication system of a pad-detachable refrigerator(R) is composed of a client pad(100) attached to or detached from the exterior side of the refrigerator; a plurality of LAN(Local Area Network) modules(200) installed to the refrigerator to receive and transmit a signal with the client pad based on a multi-frequency band; and a control unit(300) of the refrigerator for outputting a control signal related to the cold storage of the refrigerator and controlling the LAN modules to convert the frequency band to the transmission ratio of the signal received from and transmitted to the client pad.
