PURPOSE: Provided is an anti-fouling coating composition, which comprises a metal-containing resin soluble in organic solvents, miscible with acrylic monomers and having excellent storage stability, and shows excellent anti-fouling effect in the sea. CONSTITUTION: The anti-fouling coating composition comprises: (C) a divalent metal-containing resin; (D) a compound represented by the formula of R1-SH, wherein R1 represents a C1-C30 organic moiety; and (E) copper dioxide. Particularly, the divalent metal-containing resin includes at least one metal selected from the group consisting of copper, zinc and magnesium. The divalent metal-containing resin may be a copolymer of metal-containing monomer.
