Summary: | PURPOSE: A method for enhancement of cell productivity by reducing photosynthetic pigments from photosynthetic cells is provided, thereby reducing photoinhibition at high intensity of light and showing high productivity at high concentration cultivation, so that the method can be useful in various industrial fields using photosynthetic cell cultivation. CONSTITUTION: The method for enhancement of cell productivity comprises reducing photosynthetic pigments from photosynthetic cells by inhibiting expression of photo-absorbing materials present in a photosystem of photosynthetic cells, wherein the expression inhibition of photo-absorbing materials is achieved by removing a gene expressing the photo-absorbing material 2 of photosynthetic cells; the photosynthetic cells include algae including photosynthetic bacteria, Cyano bacteria, red tide microalgae, cryptomonad algae and microalgae, and plants; the photosynthetic bacteria is Rhodobacter sphaeroides; and the photosynthetic pigment is selected from chlorophyll, carotenoid and phycobilin.
본 발명은 광합성 세포의 색소 함량을 감소시킴으로써 광합성 세포의 생산성을 높이는 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 광흡수체의 발현을 억제시켜 색소 함량을 감소시킨 돌연변이 광합성 세포를 배양함으로써 세포의 생산성을 높일 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법은 높은 광도에서의 빛저해 문제를 줄이고, 고농도 배양시에도 높은 세포 생산성을 나타내므로 광합성 세포 배양을 이용한 수산 양식 및 동물의 사료, 대체 연료, 천연 색소, 화장품 원료, 의약품 원료, 건강보조식품 및 생물비료와 같은 산업에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다. |
