Summary:PURPOSE: A rack bar supporting structure of a steering gearbox of a vehicle is provided to repress and reduce vibration and noise by strongly pushing a rack bar to a pinion gear as the rack bar moves to the steering direction for the increase of steering angle. CONSTITUTION: A rack bar supporting structure of a steering gearbox(2) of a vehicle is composed of a rack bar(3) including a rack gear(3a) engaged with a pinion gear(4a) and formed in the front side and a gear(3b) formed at the rear side; an eccentric gear(9) having an eccentric shaft(9a) inserted and fixed to a fixing hole formed at the gearbox; the fixing hole expanded forward and rearward; a pressurizing plate(10) disposed to the rear side of the eccentric gear to rotate the eccentric gear with contacting to the eccentric gear; a spring(6) for pushing the pressurizing plate; a spring seat(7) for supporting the spring; and a nut(8) combined to an inserting port of the gearbox. A small radial unit of the eccentric gear is engaged to the gear formed at the rear side of the rack bar in a straight traveling and a long radial unit is engaged to the gear to the increase of steering angle. 본 발명은 자동차 스티어링 기어박스의 랙바 지지구조에 관한 것으로, 전면에 랙기어(3a)가 형성되어 피니언기어(4a)에 치합되어 있는 랙바(3)의 배면에 기어(3b)가 형성되고, 이 기어(3a)에 편심기어(9)가 치합된 구조로 이루어진다. 상기 편심기어(9)는 중립상태에서 단경부가 랙바(3)에 치합되어 있고 조향 각도가 증가함에 비례하여 점점 장경부가 랙바(3)에 치합되게 된다. 따라서, 조향각이 증가할수록 편심기어(9)가 랙바(3)를 밀어주는 힘이 증가하게 됨으로써 랙바(3)와 피니언기어(4a)의 치합상태가 견고해져 진동 및 소음의 발생이 줄어드는 효과가 있게 된다.
