Summary:PURPOSE: A dielectric ceramic composition, a method for manufacturing the same, an electronic device, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to make it difficult to reduce a resistance during baking in a reduced atmosphere, achieve improved dielectric constant, and reduce dielectric losses. CONSTITUTION: A dielectric ceramic composition comprises, as a main component, 53.00 to 80.00 mol% magnesium oxide which is converted into MgO, 19.60 to 47.00 mol% titanium oxide which is converted into TiO2, and 0.05 to 0.85 mol% manganese oxide which is converted to MnO. The dielectric ceramic composition contains, as a sub component, 0.00 to 0.20 mol% of at least one of vanadium oxide, yttrium oxide, ytterbium oxide and holmium oxide, with respect to total dielectric ceramic composition, which are converted to V2O5 ,Y2O3, Yb2O3 and Ho2O3, respectively. A method for manufacturing a dielectric ceramic composition comprises a step of preparing a material of a dielectric ceramic composition; and a step of obtaining a dielectric ceramic composition by baking the material at a temperature lower than 1300 Deg.C.
