Summary:PURPOSE: A wire feeding system for welding is provided to simplify the structure and to largely reduce repairing time by substituting a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) and a motor driver with a package-type PLC(Programmable Logic Controller). CONSTITUTION: A wire feeding system for welding is composed of a drive wheel(30) installed to a body(20) of a submerged automatic carriage(10); a flux storage tank(40) and a wire feeding motor(50) mounted on the drive wheel, wherein the submerged automatic carriage self-transfers a welding wire when the welding wire is transferred to a welding torch(60); and a control panel(80) arranged with a plurality of supporting bars(81) attached with a guide roller(91) and installed to a wire feeder(70). A PCB and a motor driver mounted in the body are changed into one packaged main PLC. A switch of the control panel for controlling welding currents, voltage adjustment, and traveling motions is substituted with a push button. A proximity switch senses a welding complete time. 본 발명은 용접용 와이어 송급장치에 관한 것으로, 와이어 송급기의 구조 개선을 통해 구조가 간단하면서도 용접 및 주행스위치의 조작이 보다 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 와이어 송급장치의 PCB 및 모터 드라이버가 하나로 펙케지화된 메인 PLC로 대체하여 고장 수리시간을 크게 줄이는 한편, 작업 여건에 적합한 프로그램밍이 가능하게 하고, 제어패널에 부설되는 각각의 용접전류, 전압조정 및 주행동작 제어 스위치를 원터치방식을 통해 간편하게 조작될 수 있게하여 작업의 편의성 및 작업자 1인이 3대이상 작업도 가능하게 하여 생산성을 높일 수 있도록 하고, 용접 종료시점을 감지하는 별도의 감지센서(Proximity switch)를 설치하여 종래처럼 뒷부분에 이동 핸들을 부가하는데 따른 작업 불편사항, 원가 절감 효과를 도모할 수 있게한 것임.
