Summary:PURPOSE: A propeller shaft center bearing mounting structure of a vehicle is provided to simplify the structure by integrating a plurality of parts used for a bolt combining process mounting a center bearing bracket, to simplify an assembly operation by reducing the number of parts, and accordingly to reduce physical distribution cost and processes. CONSTITUTION: A propeller shaft center bearing mounting structure of a vehicle integrates upper and lower washers(21,21'), upper and lower bushes(22,22') positioned between the upper and lower washers, and an inner pipe(23) inserted into the center of the upper and lower bushes, opens outward a hole(6a) formed at both ends of a center bearing bracket(6), inserts an integrated bush(20) into the hole, and inserts a bolt(7) to the integrated bush from the lower side and combines the bolt to a weld nut of a vehicle body. 본 발명은 자동차의 프로펠러샤프트 센터베어링 마운팅구조에 관한 것으로, 상/하부와셔(21,21')와, 상/하부부시(22,22'), 인너파이프(23)가 모두 일체로 제작되고, 센터베어링 브라켓트(6)의 구멍(6a)이 외측으로 개방되어, 이 구멍(6a)에 상기 일체형 부시(20)가 삽입되고, 이 일체형 부시(20)의 하방으로 보울트(7)가 삽입되어 차체에 장착되는 구조로 이루어진다. 따라서, 조립라인에서 취급해야 하는 부품의 수가 줄어듦으로써 조립이 간편하게 이루어지는 효과가 있게 된다.
