PURPOSE: A system for automatically flashing an emergency lamp and a headlamp of a vehicle is provided to make an emergency lamp and a headlamp flash for predetermined time the moment a horn is operated. CONSTITUTION: A system for automatically flashing an emergency lamp(13) and a headlamp(15) of a vehicle comprises a control unit(3) receiving operation state of a horn switch(1), sending an operation signal for flashing the emergency lamp and the headlamp, and stopping the flashing of the emergency lamp and the headlamp if the horn switch doesn't operate after the passage of predetermined time; a first switch(5) operating by the control unit and supplying power to a device(11) for flashing the emergency lamp; a second switch(7) operating together with the first switch by the control unit; and a device(17) for flashing the headlamp receiving power by the second switch and periodically flashing the headlamp. 본 발명은 자동차의 비상등과 전조등 자동점멸장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 혼(Horn)스위치에 의하여 동작되어 경적을 울리는 혼과 비상등점멸장치에 의하여 점멸 동작되는 비상등과 전방을 조명하기 위한 전조등이 구비된 자동차에 있어서, 상기 혼스위치의 작동여부를 입력받아서 상기 비상등과 전조등을 점멸시키는 동작신호를 보내며 설정시간 경과후 혼스위치가 동작되지 않으면 상기 비상등과 전조등의 점멸을 중지시키도록 하는 컨트롤유닛과, 상기 컨트롤유닛에 의하여 동작되어 상기 비상등점멸장치에 전원을 공급하는 제1스위치와, 상기 제1스위치와 함께 상기 컨트롤유닛에 의하여 동작되어 전원을 인가하는 제2스위치와, 상기 제2스위치에 의하여 전원을 공급받아 상기 전조등을 주기적으로 점멸시키는 전조등점멸장치로 구성된다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 주행차량에서 혼(Horn)을 작동시켜 다른 차량에 경고를 할 경우에 있어서, 전조등와 전조등을 동시에 점멸 동작시키는 것에 의하여, 상대 차량이 주행차량을 용이하게 인식할 수 있도록 하여 사고를 예방하게 된다.
