PURPOSE: An on-off switch is provided to perform an on-off operation using any one wire among a hot wire and a neutral wire and to maintain an existing wiring without a special wiring changing in case of exchanging an existing switch. CONSTITUTION: An on-off switch(10) comprises an on-off signal input part, a processor for receiving an on-off signal and delivering and storing the signal to a memory and for generating a control signal according to the on-off signal, a constant voltage source circuit part(20) for supplying a constant voltage to the on-off signal input part and the processor, and a switch circuit part(22) generated with a constant voltage in the constant voltage source circuit part by generating a pulse even to connect with any kind of load(28) and being on-off a switch along the control signal in case of generating a control signal at the memory according to the on-off signal of the processor. 본 발명은, 온오프신호입력부와; 온오프신호를 수신하여 메모리에 전달하여 메모리에 저장하게 하고, 온오프신호에 따라 제어신호를 발생하는 프로세서와; 상기 온오프신호입력부와 프로세서에 정전압을 공급하는 정전압전원회로부와; 어떤 종류의 부하가 연결되더라도 펄스를 발생하여 상기 정전압전원회로부가 정전압을 발생하게 하며, 프로세서가 온오프신호에 따라 메모리에 저장된 제어신호를 발생하면, 상기 제어신호에 따라 스위치를 온오프하는 스위치회로부를; 포함하는 온오프스위치를 제공한다.
