Summary: | PURPOSE: A monolayer-type electrophotographic photoreceptor is provided, to reduce residual voltage and to improve cycle stability. CONSTITUTION: The photoreceptor comprises a photosensitive layer which contains 100 parts by weight of at least one charge generation material, a charge transport material and a binder and 0.1-10.0 parts by weight of at least three compounds having the unit structure represented by the formula 1 per a molecule, on a conductive supporter, wherein the charge generation material is amorphous titanyl phthalocyanine. In the formula 1, R1 to R4 are independently H, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group of C1-C20, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group of C6-C20, a substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group of C1-C20, a hydroxyl group, a halogen atom or a substituted or unsubstituted amino group.
본 발명은 도전성 지지체상에 적어도 하나의 전하 발생 물질과 전하 수송 물질을 포함하는 감광층을 갖는 단층형 전자사진 감광체 있어서, 상기 전하 발생 물질이 무정형의 티타닐프탈로시아닌이고, 상기 감광층이 힌더드 페놀계 화합물 및/또는 힌더드 아민계 화합물을 포함한다. 본 발명의 단층형 전자감광체는 종래 문제가 된 대전성, 잔류전위 및 싸이클 안정성이 개선된다. |
