Summary:PURPOSE: Provided are a method and an apparatus for assembling a solid oxide fuel cell which has high operation efficiency in generating electric power. CONSTITUTION: The fuel cell(12) comprises: at least one hollow manifold(20) comprising a wall that includes at least one opening extending through the wall, extends between one end(38) and the other end(40) and defines an inside chamber(36), wherein the wall is communicated with the chamber through the opening; an anode disposed on the wall of the manifold; an electrolyte disposed on the anode; and a cathode disposed on the electrolyte.
