PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to mount an outside oscillation resistor to a gate driving member closely at a superior limit, thereby minimizing a wire impedance. CONSTITUTION: Liquid crystal panels(1,2) are manufactured by injecting a liquid crystal between a thin film transistor(TFT) substrate(1) and a color filter substrate(2). The color filter substrate(2) is an insulation substrate in which a black matrix is formed thereon. A driving unit(400) comprises an IC for applying scan and image signals to a gate wire and a data wire, respectively and an oscillating circuit for generating a frame frequency. A flexible circuit substrate(450) comprises a circuit device(20) and an outside oscillating resistor(10) for controlling a signal applied to the driving unit(400) and supplying power source. The flexible circuit substrate(450) is connected to the driving unit(400) through a heat pressing method by using an anisotropic conductive film. The outside oscillating resistor(10) is formed at a curved portion(451) of the flexible circuit substrate(450). 본 발명에 따른 액정 표시 장치는 액정 패널, 액정 패널의 프레임 주파수를 발생하기 위한 발진 회로를 포함하는 구동부, 액정 패널에 접합되어 있으며, 발진 회로와 연결되어 프레임 주파수를 결정하는 외부 발진 저항을 포함하는 플렉서블 회로 기판을 포함하고, 외부 발진 저항은 플렉서블 회로 기판을 액정 패널의 뒤쪽으로 구부리기 위한 굴절부에 형성되어 있다.
