Summary: | PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing a catalyst for partly oxidation of an acrolein which is able to increase the conversion rate of the acrolein, activity and selectivity regarding on an acrylic acid. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing a catalyst for partly oxidizing reaction of acrolein represented by MoaWbVcAdBeOx comprises the steps of (a) preparing a catalyst suspension by dissolving a salt of at least one metal selected from the group consisting of Mo, W, Fe, Cu, Sr, Bi, Cr, Sn, Sb, K and alkaline earth metals in water; (b) adjusting the acidity of the catalyst suspension to pH 3.5 to 6.6 by putting a base solution or an acid solution in the catalyst suspension of the step (a); (c) supporting the catalyst in a carrier by contacting the catalyst suspension of the step (b) with an inert carrier; and (d) drying and calcining the supported catalyst of the step (c), wherein the Mo is molybdenum, W is tungsten, V is vanadium, A is Fe, Cu, Bi, Cr, Sn, Sb or K, B is an alkaline earth metal, each a, b, c, d and e represents an atomic rate of each metals if a is 12 then b is 1-5, c is 1-6, d is 1-5 and e is 0-3, and x is a value determined by oxidized state of each metals.
