PURPOSE: A method of washing pig guts for making sundae, a korean food like a sausage, is provided to increase work efficiency, to remove bad odors, foreign materials and fats completely, and to improve the product value of sundae. CONSTITUTION: The method of washing pig guts for making sundae comprises the steps of: collecting pig guts; rubbing the collected pig guts in a basket to remove foreign materials adhered on the surface of the guts; washing the guts with running water; washing the guts with running water, after turning them inside out; removing foreign materials adhered on the inner surface of the guts; and further washing the guts with running water, after turning them inside out again. 본 발명은 순대제조를 위한 창자의 세척방법에 있어서, 창자를 수거하는 단계와, 상기 수거된 돼지창자를 바구니에 넣고 문질러서 창자의 표면에 묻어있는 이물질을 제거하는 단계와, 상기 이물질이 제거된 창자를 용기에 넣고 흐르는 물을 용기에 흘려보내 세척하는 단계와, 상기 세척된 창자를 뒤집어서 다시 흐르는 물로 세척하는 단계와, 다음 창자내부에 부착되어 있는 이물질을 떼어내 제거하는 단계와, 상기 창자를 다시 뒤집어서 흐르는 물에 세척하는 단계로 이루어지는 순대제조를 위한 창자의 세척방법을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 돼지창자, 특히 손질이 어려운 것으로 알려진 막창의 세척을 용이하게 할 수 있는 것이며, 이로인해 작업자들의 작업량을 현저히 줄일 수 있는 것이다. 또한 창자에 함유된 악취 및 이물질, 지방 등을 거의 완벽하게 제거할 수 있도록 하므로써 순대의 상품성을 향상시킬 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
