Summary:PURPOSE: An observing method of a time-to-disconnect rule during communication with a wireless device having a temporary network address is provided to observe a relation cancel time with a wireless device, thereby preventing messages for the wireless device from being misdirected owing to disassociation between the wireless device and a previous address. CONSTITUTION: A wireless device configures an inbound message(301). Once the message is transmitted, the wireless device maintains a connection up to at least a disassociation time from a time when the message is at least transmitted to a receiving computing system(304). If the disassociation time is exceeded(305), the wireless device disestablishes a connection with a carrier network. The receiving computing system receives the inbound message(311), and identifies the disassociation time for the wireless device(313). Before transmitting an outbound message, the receiving computing system decides whether the disassociation time is extended(314). If not, the system transmits the outbound message to the wireless device(315), and completes functional and result-oriented procedures(312).
