PURPOSE: An arm type window regulator for a door in a vehicle is provided to reduce noise and load of a motor by restricting and absorbing compression or tension load with sliding a support member to the right and the left, to simplize going up and down of the window glass with reducing friction, and to improve appearance by restricting crease of a garnish. CONSTITUTION: A door window regulator comprises a main arm(1) seesawing by mounting a sector gear rotated by a motor on the lower part; a sub arm crossing the center of the main arm and horizontally moving the lower end in a sub arm rail; a guide rail(10) lifted and guided by sliders mounted on the upper parts of the main arm and the sub arm; and a window glass(14) fastened to clips at both sides of the guide rail. The slider includes a slider body(29) sliding on the guide rail and having a spherical groove(30), a support member(31) having a ball(32) inserted in the spherical groove and a moving groove(33), and a support pin(34) composed of a fitting sill(35) inserted in the moving groove with sliding perpendicularly to the window glass and riveted on the upper part of the main arm. 본 발명은 차량용 암식 도어 윈도우 레귤레이터에 관한 것이며, 상세하게는 도어 윈도우 레귤레이터의 메인 암의 상단과 가이드 레일의 결합구조에 관한 것으로서, 윈도우 글래스의 승강시 슬라이더를 윈도우 글래스와 직각으로 유동하게 하여 메인 암 및 글래스 런 등에 압축 및 인장응력 발생을 억제토록한 것이다. 본 발명은 하단에 모터(5)에 의하여 회전되는 섹터기어(2)를 설치하여 시소운동하는 메인 암(1)과, 상기 메인 암(1)의 중앙에 교차되게 지지하여 하단을 서브 암 레일(8)에 수평운동할 수 있게 지지한 서브 암(6)과, 상기 메인 암(1) 및 서브 암(6)의 상단에 설치한 슬라이더(9)(9')에 안내되어 승강하는 가이드 레일(10)과, 상기 가이드 레일(10)의 양단에 설치한 클립(11)(11')에 고정한 윈도우 글래스(14)를 구비한 도어 윈도우 레귤레이터에 있어서, 상기 메인 암(1)의 상단에 설치한 슬라이더(9)는 가이드 레일(10)에 슬라이딩할 수 있게 삽입하고 내부에 구상의 홈(30)을 형성한 슬라이더 본체(29)와, 외부에 상기 구상의 홈(30)에 강제 삽입되는 볼(32)을 형성하고 내부에 유동홈(33)을 형성한 지지부재(31)와, 일측에 걸림턱(35)을 형성하여 상기 유동홈(33)에 윈도우 글래스와 직각방향으로 슬라이딩할 수 있게 삽입하고 타측을 메인 암(1)의 상단에 리벳팅 결합한 지지핀(34)으로 구성한 것이다.
