PURPOSE: An apparatus for scattering condensed water in a window type air conditioner is provided to cool a condenser by scattering condensed water to a surface of the condenser. CONSTITUTION: A main body case(1) is divided into an indoor side(10) and an outdoor side(20). The outdoor side includes a condenser(22) and an outdoor unit fan(23). The indoor side includes an evaporator(11) and an indoor unit fan(12). A condensed water scattering element is placed on a lower case bottom between the outdoor unit fan and the condenser to scatter condensed water flowed from the indoor unit side on an external surface of the condenser. The condensed water scattering element includes a drain pump(40) for scattering the condensed water to the upper part of the outdoor unit fan. 본 발명은 창문형 에어컨의 응축수 비산 장치에 관한 것으로서, 증발기와 상기 증발기에 실내공기를 불어 냉각시키기 위한 실내기팬으로 이루어진 실내기측과; 상기 증발기로부터 유입된 냉매가스를 가압하기 위한 압축기와, 상기 압축기에서 가압된 냉매를 응축시키기 위한 응축기와, 상기 응축기를 냉각시키도록 실외공기를 불어주기 위한 실외기팬으로 이루어진 실외기측;이 단열 구획된 단일 케이스 내부에 구비되는 창문형 에어컨에 있어서, 상기 실외기팬과 상기 응축기 사이 바닥면에 상기 실내기측에서 응축되어 유입된 응축수를 상기 응축기 표면에 비산시키기 위한 응축수 비산 수단이 추가 구비되어 응축기를 냉각시켜 냉방능력의 효율을 향상시킴과 아울러 응축수를 증발시켜 제거하는 효과를 갖는 창문형 에어컨의 응축수 비산 장치를 제공한다.
