PURPOSE: An ink tube for an ink jet printer is provided to improve productivity, and to reduce manufacturing costs by adding 30 weight% of butyl rubber and thermoplastic elastomer composition having a shore hardness of above 70. CONSTITUTION: An ink tube(10) for an ink jet printer includes 30weight% of butyl rubber in thermoplastic resin and is molded by using elastomer composition having shore hardness below 70. The harness is measured through a load having the weight of 500g, and a relative temperature of 55 %. The ink tube(10) for the ink jet printer restricts vapor permeability and air permeability and has endurance and elasticity. The butyl rubber prevents ink from being oxidized. Polyolefin thermoplastic resin continuously extrudes at a high speed, thereby improving productivity, and reducing costs.
