PURPOSE: A micro mixer is provided to inhibit flow of reagent and sample flow by comprising a structure to change laminar flow into turbulence flow in micro channel, to increase interface area between the reagent and the sample. CONSTITUTION: The micro mixer comprises a lower base(100); a first and a second inlets(110,120) spaced each other on the lower base(100); an auxiliary micro channel(130) formed on top portion of the lower base(100); a main micro channel(140) having grooves formed on top portion of the lower base(100) and a structure formed on surface of the groove; and an outlet(150) having grooves connected at the other side of the micro channel(140) formed on top portion of the micro channel(140). 본 발명은 마이크로 혼합기 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상호 이격되어 요홈으로 형성된 적어도 둘 이상의 입구(Inlet)와, 상기 입구에 각각 연결되는 홈으로 형성된 보조(Auxiliary) 마이크로 채널과, 상기 보조 마이크로 채널에 일측이 연결되는 홈으로 형성되며 홈의 표면에 구조물이 형성된 주(Main) 마이크로 채널과, 상기 주 마이크로 채널의 타측에 연결되는 요홈으로 형성된 출구(Outlet)를 구비하는 하부기판과; 상기 하부 기판의 입구와 출구에 각각 대응되는 위치에 입구와 출구 관통홀들이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 입구와 출구 관통홀들이 하부 기판의 입구와 출구가 각각 대응되면서 상기 하부기판과 본딩되어 있는 상부기판으로 구성함으로써, 유체의 흐름을 방해하여 두 용액 사이의 계면을 증가시키고, 교류의 전기장을 인가하여 채널 내에서의 유체의 흐름을 변화시켜 혼합효율이 증대될 수 있는 효과가 발생한다.
