Summary: | PURPOSE: A flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition is provided, to improve flame retardancy, heat resistance, formability and mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a rubber modified styrene-based resin comprising 20-100 wt% of a graft copolymer resin obtained by graft polymerizing 30-95 wt% of an aromatic vinyl-based monomer and 1-20 wt% of a monomer capable of copolymerizing with the aromatic vinyl-based monomer with 5-65 wt% of a rubber polymer, and 0-80 wt% of a copolymer resin by obtained by copolymerizing 60-90 wt% of an aromatic vinyl-based monomer and 10-40 wt% of a monomer capable of copolymerizing with the aromatic vinyl-based monomer; 1-10 parts by weight of a cyclic phosphazene compound represented by the formula 1; and 1-10 parts by weight of an aromatic phosphate compound represented by the formula 3. In the formula 1, R1 is an alkyl group, an aryl group unsubstituted or substituted with an alkyl group, an arylalkyl group, an alkoxy group, an aryloxy group, an amino group or OH, and the alkoxy and aryloxy group can be substituted with an alkyl, aryl, amino or hydroxyl group; k and m are an integer of 0-10; R2 is a dioxyaryl group unsubstituted or substituted with an alkyl group; and n has an average number of 0.3-3. In the formula 3, R3, R4 and R5 are independently H or an alkyl group of C1-C4; X is an aryl group of C6-C20 unsubstituted or substituted with an alkyl group and is derived from resorcinol, hydroquinol and dialcohol of bisphenol-A; and n is 1-4.
본 발명의 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물은 (A) 고무 변성 스티렌계 수지 100 중량부; (B) 하기 화학식으로 표시되는 고리형 포스파젠 올리고머 화합물 1 내지 10 중량부; 및 (C) 방향족 인산 에스테르 화합물 1 내지 10 중량부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. (상기 식에서 R은 알킬기, 아릴기, 알킬 치환 아릴기, 아르알킬기, 알콕시기, 아릴옥시기, 아미노기 또는 히드록시기로부터 임의적으로 선택된 치환기를 나타내며; k와 m은 0 또는 1에서 10 까지의 정수이며; R는 C디옥시아릴 또는 알킬 치환된 C디옥시아릴기 유도체이며; n은 수평균 중합도로서 n의 평균값은 0.3 내지 3임). |
