PURPOSE: An apparatus for emergency supplying mixed gas into heating furnace is provided to prevent facility accident by automatically supplying a mixed gas of hydrogen and nitrogen into the heating furnace, thereby preventing product surface defects of annealing line and preventing hydrogen explosion of the heating furnace. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus(1) comprises flow meters(122,123) and automatic on/off valves(514,515) mounted on the front part of mixers(107,110) of hydrogen line to detect flow rate of hydrogen; manometers(126,127) and automatic on/off valves(516,517) mounted on the front part of mixers of nitrogen line to detect pressure of nitrogen; mixed gas holders(518,519) installed between the mixers and the heating furnace; flow meters(512,513) and automatic control valves(510,511) mounted on a pipe extracted from the mixed gas holders; flow meters(522,523) mounted on the front part of the heating furnace; and a controller(450) for supplying a mixed gas into the heating furnace from the mixed gas holders if a set amount of the mixed gas is not supplied into the heating furnace from the mixed gas holders by opening and closing the valves based on detection signals of the flow meters and manometers. 본 발명은 수소, 질소 또는 이들이 혼합되어진 혼합가스가 적정압력및 유량으로 공급되지 못하고, 소정의 값이하로 검출되는 경우 자동으로 가열로에 혼합가스를 공급함으로서 소둔라인의 제품표면불량을 방지하고, 가열로의 수소폭발을 방지하여 설비사고를 예방할 수 있도록 개선된 가열로의 혼합가스 비상공급장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 수소라인의 믹서기 전단에는 수소유량을 검출하는 유량계와 자동 온오프 밸브를 장착하고, 질소라인의 믹서기 전단에는 질소 압력을 검출하는 압력계와 자동 온오프 밸브를 장착하며, 상기 믹서기와 가열로 사이에는 혼합가스 홀더를 마련하고, 상기 혼합가스 홀더로 부터 인출되는 배관에는 유량계와 자동 콘트롤 밸브를 장착하며, 상기 가열로의 전단에는 혼합가스의 유량을 검출하는 유량계를 장착하여 상기 유량계와 압력계들의 검출신호에 기초하여 상기 밸브들을 개폐시킴으로서 상기 믹서기로 부터 가열로에 설정량의 혼합가스가 공급되지 못하는 경우, 혼합가스 홀더로 부터 가열로에 혼합가스를 공급하는 콘트롤러를 포함하는 가열로의 혼합가스 비상공급장치를 제공한다.
