CONSTITUTION: It is judged that the floating electrode is existed in the computer simulation test area(s120). The same node number is given by processing a floating electrode unit electrically connected into one body as one node(s140). While an electric characteristic analysis value of the floating electrode area is stored in a data storage according to the node number, all areas corresponding to the same node number are stored as the same value(s170).
