CONSTITUTION: The repair method for a sleeper of a concrete road comprises the steps of: pulling up a rail and a sleeper(S21); removing the degraded vibration box and vibration pad(S22); cleaning up a sleeper and a site where a sleeper is placed, then dewatering(S23); applying mold release or release paper on the base and the side of the sleeper(S24); setting a spacer to keep an interval between the sleeper and the concrete road(S25); filling up liquefied vibration controller(S26); after drying up for the appointed hours, then removing the spacer and finishing up(S27).
