Summary: | PURPOSE: Provided is an organic electroluminescence device, which has a simple structure by using a metallocene compound as a light emitting material, particularly in a FPD (Flat Panel Display) device. CONSTITUTION: The organic electroluminescence device comprises the compound of formula 1, formula 2, formula 3 or formula 4 in a polymer light emitting layer between an anode and a cathode, wherein, each of Rs independently or simultaneously represents H, a linear or a branched C1-C20 alkyl group or an aromatic group, M is a transition metal or a non-metal in the periodic table, m is an integer of 1-100, and n is an integer of 1-100.
본 발명은 메탈로센 화합물을 이용한 유기전계발광소자에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 유기금속 화합물인 메탈로센을 분자내에 접목시킨 새로운 화합물을 발광재료로 사용하여 광전도도와 p형 반도체 물질로 사용될 수 있고 동시에 우수한 발광체의 역할을 수행할 수 있어 단순한 구조의 유기전계발광소자를 제조할 수 있는 새로운 메탈로센 화합물을 포함하는 유기전계발광소자에 관한 것이다. |
