PURPOSE: A heating receptacle for organic thin film forming unit is provided to vaporize stably organic materials for a long period of time by improving a structure of the heating receptacle. CONSTITUTION: A heating receptacle for organic thin film forming unit includes an internal receptacle(120), an external receptacle(110), a bottom heater(113), and a side heater(114). The internal receptacle(120) includes a predetermined region for storing organic materials and a closed upper part. An opening portion is formed at a bottom part of the internal receptacle. The external receptacle(110) is used for storing the internal receptacle. A predetermined gap is formed between the internal receptacle(120) and the external receptacle(110). The bottom heater(113) is formed on a bottom face of the external receptacle to vaporize or sublimate the organic materials. The side heater(114) is installed around an external side of the external receptacle. 본 발명은 용기 내에 수납되는 유기물질의 양에 관계없이 장시간 안정적으로 유기물질을 기화시킬 수 있도록 하기 위한 것으로, 내부에 유기물을 수납되고, 상부는 폐쇄되어 있으며, 하부 측면으로 기화된 유기물이 빠져 나오도록 개구부가 형성된 내부 용기와, 상기 내부 용기가 수납되는 것으로, 수납된 내부 용기와의 사이에 소정의 공간부를 구비한 외부 용기와, 상기 외부용기의 저면에 형성되어 상기 내부 용기에 수납된 유기물을 기화시키는 저면 히터와, 상기 외부용기의 외측면을 둘러싸도록 형성된 측면 히터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기박막 형성장치의 가열용기에 관한 것이다.
