Summary: | PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a white LED(light emitting diode) is provided to obtain white light by exciting fluorescent materials of red, green and blue by ultraviolet rays and by mixing the fluorescent materials in a proper ratio. CONSTITUTION: A fluorescent material capable of generating red light, green light blue light due to a light source for generating ultraviolet rays is excited while at least one kink of fluorescent powder is used to reinforce the intensity of the spectrum of white light and to correct the constituents of the spectrum. A fluorescent material that can be excited by ultraviolet rays or visible rays is used as fluorescent powder for reinforcing or correcting the spectrum characteristic of the white light.
본 발명은 휘도를 향상시키고, 형광체들의 혼색 스펙트럼과 실제 태양광의 스펙트럼 사이의 유사 정도를 대폭 향상시킨다. 여러 종의 자외선에 의해 여기할 수 있는 형광체를 이용하여, 그들 중 일부의 형광체에 의해 적, 녹, 청 등의 3종류의 백색광의 스펙트럼의 기본 구성을 형성하고, 다른 부분의 형광체에 의해 수정용 색광을 제공한다. |
