Summary:PURPOSE: A portable sensor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to collect physiologic information integratively. CONSTITUTION: A portable sensor device can obtain physiologic information including cardiorespiratory information from a human and an animal. The sensor device(10) is equipped with a lumen(22) and a housing(14) having a breathing port(20) fluidly communication with lumen. The lumen(22) can be divided into a plurality of airflow pipes(30,32). Vital capacity measurement data can be integrated with non-vital capacity measurement cardiorespiratory data collected with the device(10). Furthermore, the sensor device(10) can be operably connected with the bio-active compound delivery device.
