CONSTITUTION: This intervertebral spacer is inserted and placed between the vertebral bodies of the spine. Both upper and lower surfaces 5 and 7 of the intervertebral spacer 1 are formed into curved surfaces 21A and 21B with vertexes 13 located in the middle parts in the lengthwise direction, and are equipped with a plurality of nail-shaped parts 17 for preventing coming off, and have the front end sides formed into tapering curved surfaces.
