Summary: | PURPOSE: A sphere prepared from silica and the mixture material containing an amine group and a mercaptan group and its preparation method are provided, to obtain the structure containing 100 % activated groups. CONSTITUTION: The sphere comprises 3-aminopropylsiloxane and vinyl siloxane. The method comprises the step of reacting vinyl tri(2-methoxyethoxy)silane with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane and 3-aminopropylmethoxyethoxyethoxysilane in the presence of a catalyst and a surfactant in water to prepare the sphere comprising 3-aminopropylsiloxane and vinyl siloxane. Also the sphere comprises a layer comprising 3-aminopropylsiloxane and vinyl siloxane; and a polystyrene layer.
