Summary:PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition and its preparation method are provided, to improve the impact resistance, the transparency and the moisture resistance. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of inputting 40-60 parts by weight of a monomer mixture comprising an acrylonitrile monomer, a styrene-based monomer and an alkyl methacrylate and 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of a hydroperoxide-based oil-soluble initiator to a reactor in the presence of 40-60 parts by weight of a rubbery polymer latex with an average particle diameter of 0.2-0.5 micrometers, adding an emulsifier and an auxiliary initiator and graft polymerizing the monomers; inputting 0.3-0.8 parts by weight of a water-soluble initiator to the reactor when the polymerization conversion rate reaches 90 %, inputting the monomer mixture continuously or several times for 1-3 hours and graft polymerizing the monomers; and coagulating the graft polymerized latex at a coagulation bath containing a metal-based electrolyte coagulant and a strong acid coagulant. The monomer mixture comprises 30-80 wt% of an alkyl methacrylate, 10-40 wt% of an aromatic vinyl compound and 1-20 wt% of an unsaturated nitrile compound, and 10-30 wt% of the monomer mixture is inputted at the first step and the rest (70-90 wt%) is at the second step. 본 발명의 열가소성 수지조성물의 제조방법은 평균 입자직경이 0.2∼0.5㎛인 고무질 중합체 라텍스 40-60 중량부(고형분 기준) 존재하에 아크릴로니트릴계 단량체, 스틸렌계 단량체 및 메타크릴산알킬에스테르로 이루어진 단량체의 혼합물 60-40 중량부를 하이드로퍼옥사이드계 유용성 개시제 0.1-0.5 중량부와 함께 반응기에 투입하고 유화제 및 보조 개시제를 첨가하여 그라프트 중합하는 제1단계; 상기 제1단계에서의 중합전환율이 90 %이상에 이르면, 수용성 중합개시제 0.3-0.8 중량부를 반응기에 투입하고, 상기 제1단계에서와 같은 단량체 혼합물을 1-3시간동안 수회씩 분할 또는 연속투입방법으로 추가 투입하여 그라프트 중합하는 제2단계; 및 상기에서 제조된 그라프트 중합 라텍스를 금속계 전해질 응고제 및 강산 응고제가 조합된 응집조에서 응집시키는 제3단계로 이루어지고, 상기 단량체 혼합물중 10-30 중량%는 제1단계에서, 90-70 중량%는 제2단계에서 투입되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
