PURPOSE: A system for a preparation/storage/statistics of a land movement resolution letter and a method thereof, and a recording medium having a program for controlling the same are provided to keep a document by preparing a land movement resolution letter at once by government employees in charge in a corresponding government office, automatically process daily/monthly/yearly statistics as to changed contents, and search corresponding documents easily. CONSTITUTION: A basic format of a land movement resolution letter stored in a basic file database is transmitted(S10). Corresponding items are inputted in each space of the basic format and a land movement resolution letter is prepared(S20). An ID is designated in each item data of the completed land movement resolution letter(S40). Each item data are stored in a text file database(S50). A written application and a land movement resolution letter are scanned(S60). A path is set in a created image file and stored in an image file database(S70,S80). If a predetermined term is passed, data as to a corresponding item is requested to the text file database by a request of a client or automatically(S90,S100). Statistics are calculated(S110).
