Summary: | PURPOSE: A catalyst composition used in the vapor partial oxidation of propylene into acrolein and acrylic acid with high efficiency is provided, and a method for preparing the same is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The catalyst composition comprises a main component expressed as a chemical equation of MOaBibAcBdCeDfEgOh and an additive selected from a group being consisted of NH2CONH2, C3H6N6, C2H8N2O4 and C4H6O4, where Mo is molybdenum, Bi is bismuth, A is iron, B is Co or Ni, C is one element selected a group being consisted of W, Si, Al, Zr, Ti, Cr, Ag and Sn, D is an element selected from P, Te, As, B, Sb, Sn, Ce, Nb, Pb, Cr, Mn, Zn and Nb, and E is an element selected from Na, K, Li, Rb, Cs, Ta, Ca and Mg, where b is 0.01 to 10, c is 0.01 to 10, d is 0.01 to 10, e is 0.01 to 10, f is 0.01 to 20, g is 0.01 to 10 with the proviso that a is 12, and h depends on oxidation status of each element. The method comprises the steps of (a) preparing a catalyst suspension containing a catalyst component expressed as a chemical equation of MOaBibAcBdCeDfEgOh, (b) drying the catalyst suspension, (c) crushing the dried catalyst precursor less than 150 μm, (d) adding an additive selected from a group being consisted of NH2CONH2, C3H6N6, C2H8N2O4 and C4H6O4, and (e) calcining the mixture obtained at the step (d) at 450 deg.C for 5 hrs.
본 발명은 산소 함유 가스와 프로필렌으로 아크롤레인 및 아크릴산을 제조하는 공정에 사용되는 촉매를 제조함에 있어 촉매 첨가제로서 요소, 멜라민, 암모늄 옥살레이트 또는 메틸 옥살레이트를 첨가하여 촉매를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의해 제조된 촉매를 이용하여 높은 수율로 아크롤레인을 생성할 수 있다. |
