The pyrazol-3-one derivatives alleviate a fever and a pain, and have antiinflammatory effect. CONSTITUTION: Pyrazol-3-one derivatives are characteristically represented by the formula(1), wherein R1 and R2 represent C1-C3 alkyl, aryl, or substituted aryl, respectively; R3 is amino or methyl; and R4 and R5 represent hydrogen, C1-C3 alkyl, halogen, halogen substituted methyl, C1-C3 alkoxy, cyano or nitro, respectively. 본 발명은 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 피라졸-3-온 유도체 또는 그의 무독성 염을 제공한다. [화학식 1] 상기 화학식 1에서, R및 R는 각각 C-C알킬, 아릴, 또는 치환된 아릴; R는 아미노또는 메틸; R및 R는 각각 수소, C-C알킬, 할로겐, 할로겐으로 치환된 메틸, C-C알콕시, 시아노 또는 니트로를 나타낸다. 본 발명에 따르면 해열, 진통, 소염작용을 가지며 부작용이 개선된 피라졸-3-온 유도체 또는 그의 무독성 염 및 이들의 제조방법 그리고 이들을 함유한 약제학적 조성물을 제공할 수 있다.
