Summary: | PURPOSE: Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition, which has excellent impact strength, efflorescence resistance and transparency suitable to be used in an electronic or automobile component, an office instrument and a toy material. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition is produced by the method comprising the steps of: (i) introducing 60-40 parts by weight of a monomer mixture(B) containing an acrylonitrile monomer, a styrene monomer and an alkyl methacrylate together with deionized water, an emulsifier, a molecular weight modifier and a peroxide based oil soluble initiator, in the presence of 40-60 part by weight (solid content basis) of a rubbery polymer latex(A) having an average particle diameter of 0.07-0.15 micrometers, into a reactor, increasing the temperature to 50-80 deg.C, and adding a initiation catalyst, a reducing agent and a complexing agent to perform the graft polymerization; and (ii) introducing a water soluble initiator and adding the monomer mixture(B) for 1-5 hours to perform the graft polymerization, when the polymerization conversion reaches 90% or more in the step (i), wherein 10-30 wt% of the monomer mixture(B) is introduced in the step (i) and 90-70 wt% of the monomer mixture(B) is introduced in the step (ii).
본 발명의 열가소성 수지조성물의 제조방법은 평균 입자직경이 0.07∼0.15 ㎛인 고무질 중합체 라텍스(A) 40-60 중량부(고형분 기준) 존재하에 아크릴로니트릴계 단량체와 스틸렌계 단량체 및 메타크릴산알킬에스테르로 이루어진 단량체의 혼합물(B)을 이온교환수, 유화제, 분자량조절제 및 퍼옥사이드계 유용성 개시제와 함께 반응기에 투입하고 온도를 50-80℃로 상승시킨 후 개시촉매, 환원제 및 착이온제의 혼합물을 첨가하여 그라프트 중합하는 제1단계; 상기 제1단계에서의 중합전환율이 90 %이상에 이르면, 수용성 중합개시제를 반응기에 투입하고, 상기 제1 단계에서와 같은 단량체 혼합물(B)을 1-5시간동안 추가 투입하여 그라프트 중합하는 제2 단계로 이루어지며, 전체 단량체 혼합물(B)중 10-30 중량%는 제1단계에서, 90-70 중량%는 제2단계에서 투입되는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
