Summary:PURPOSE: An electrode formed with a self-assembled single molecular layer of cyclic polymer and an electrochemical sensor having the same are provided to utilize the electrode and a sensor for detecting a size of molecules or as a sensor for detecting electric charge of the molecules. CONSTITUTION: An electrode is immersed in a high polymeric solution including a thiol group so that a self-assembled single molecular layer of cyclic polymer is formed on a surface of the electrode. An electrode is immersed in a solution including cyclic high polymer and an alkane-thiol so that a self-assembled single molecular layer of cyclic high polymer-alkane is formed on a surface of the electrode. Ferrocene is added to the solution so as to form the self-assembled single molecular layer on the surface of the electrode. After the self-assembled single molecular layer is formed on the surface of the electrode, ferrocene is removed. 본 발명은 환상 고분자의 자기조립 단분자층이 형성된 전극 및 그 전극을 포함하는 전기화학적 센서에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 티올기를 도입한 환상 고분자 용액에 전극을 침지시킴으로써 환상 고분자의 자기조립 단분자층이 표면에 형성된 전극 및 그 전극을 포함하는 전기화학적 센서에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 환상 고분자의 자기조립 단분자층이 형성된 전극은 분자크기 감지용 센서, 분자의 전하종류 감지용 센서 또는 당 농도 감지용 센서 등으로 사용될 수 있다.
