Summary: | PURPOSE: A method for preparing a catalyst that is used in the production of acrolein and acrylic acid from propylene through partial oxidation in the presence of organic acids is provided. CONSTITUTION: The catalyst is represented as follows: £Mo(a)Bi(b)Fe(c)X(d)Y(e)O(f)|, where X is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Co and Ni; Y is at least one element selected from the group consisting of K and Ru; a, b, c, d, e and f represents atomic ratio of each element, respectively; b is 0.5 to 2, C is 0.5 to 2, d is 3 to 8, e is 0.005 to 0.2 and f is determined by oxidation degree of each element, with the proviso that a is 12. The method comprises the steps of preparing a catalytic suspension by adding organic acid having carbon number of 1 to 10 in metal salt aqueous solution including Mo, Bi, Fe, Co and/or Ni, and K and/or Rb, wherein the organic acid is selected from citric acid, maleic acid and oxalic acid; drying the catalytic suspension under vacuum condition, followed by crushing; and calcining the catalyst powder in air condition.
본 발명은 프로필렌을 부분 산화시켜 아크롤레인을 제조함에 있어, 시트르산, 말레산, 옥살산 등의 유기산을 이용한 아크릴산 제조용 촉매의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르는 복합 산화물 촉매는 프로필렌의 기상 접촉 산화 반응에 사용할 때 고수율의 아크롤레인을 생성할 수 있다. |
