PURPOSE: A weight changing device and a method for calibrating measuring instrument by using the same are provided to effectively change weights in a pressure vessel so as to correct and test the gauge by generating various measuring pressure. CONSTITUTION: An upper fixing plate(20), a lower fixing plate(40), a weight conveying plate(30), and weights(45) are installed in a pressure vessel(10). The upper fixing plate(20) has an annular shape and a driving screw(62) is coupled to a lower portion of the upper fixing plate(20). A belt correcting device is installed at one side of the upper fixing plate(20). A driving screw coupling connected to the driving screw(62) is installed at one side of the upper fixing plate(20). The driving screw(62) is rotated by a step motor(68) installed on the upper fixing plate(20). The step motor(68) has a rotating shaft inserted into a hole formed at one end of the driving screw coupling. 본 발명은 분동교환장치 및 이를 이용한 계측기 교정방법에 관한 것으로, 밀폐된 공간 특히 압력용기 내부의 분동교환을 효율적으로 수행하기 위해서 유,무선제어를 이용한 장치로서 압력표준기 내부의 압력을 진공으로 유지하면서, 여러 측정압력을 발생시키면서 계측기를 교정, 시험할 수 있도록 한 유,무선제어를 이용한 분동교환장치 및 그 장치를 이용한 계측기 교정방법에 대한 것이다. 이에 따라 분동(45)을 이송하는 복수개의 구동스크류(62); 구동스크류(62)를 구동시키는 스텝모터(60); 구동스크류(62)의 일측에 구비된 복수개의 풀리(21); 구동스크류(62)를 일체로 구동시키는 타이밍벨트(25); 측면이 볼스크류에 의해서 상기 복수개의 구동스크류(62)에 관통결합되며 상기 분동(45)을 거치하는 분동이송판(30); 분동이송판(30)의 하부에 결합되어 상기 분동(45)을 거치하는 분동거치축(31); 분동(45)을 연결하는 분동연결고리(48); 분동(45)이 적재되어 압력을 측정하는 압력표준계(50); 및 유,무선제어를 위한 송·수신장치(80,81)를 포함하는 분동교환장치이다.
